2024 / 2025 Season Classes

Parent & Tot Gymnastics
(Children 18 months - 35 months)
 

Have fun and play with your child in a unique environment. A parent must  participate with their child. This program is designed to improve your child's physical ability as well as their social skills. This program requires a parent participation at all times.

Kindergym Gymnastics
(Children 3 & 4 years old)
 

An hour class with fun activities, games and circuits involving  preliminary gymnastic skills. Your child is directed towards improved  balance, strength, flexibility and most importantly, self confidence.

Recreational Gymnastics 

(Children 5 years and older)

Children are introduced to gymnastic skills combined with lots of fun.  The gymnast will progress through a modified CANGYM recreational system which includes all the gymnastic events. As the children attain skills of increasing difficulty, we emphasize proper learning progressions.

Advanced Recreational

(CANGYM Level 9+)

Advanced Recreational is a program for children with a Level 9 or higher in CANGYM. This 2 hour program gives the child more time to  develop the skills needed in these levels.

Tumble & Bounce

(Children 7 years +)

This  class is intended for a child who wants to learn more about tumbling.  Great for dancers, cheerleaders and for those who just want to tumble.
