Register at the Pickering Location

We  are only billing the deposit which is first month and last months fee  plus the $45.00 + HST insurance fee when registering through our  system. 

You can apply any credits you have on your account in the check out process.
 

Billing will be monthly from October 1st / 2024 and will continue monthly until May 1st / 2025

• Important: Please make sure you receive an email that confirms you have been registered in your  camp or class.
  
• The first welcome email is not a class / camp confirmation email.
  
• You should receive a second email that confirms your class or camp and your payment information.
  
• Please contact us if you do not appear to have been registered. 
  
• To avoid any possible errors we suggest putting all information in your  profile including your payment information and THEN go to select your  classes and add things to your cart. We have had a couple of instances  in which people thought they registered but in fact did not. We have  added this info to help keep this from happening in the future.

• You must enter the parent portal to see availability for  Classes, Birthday Parties, Camps (numbers are accurate)
  
• Online registration requires you to enter ALL your personal information, as well as the child's information for the child you are registering (first + last name, DOB, gender)
  
• Medical Information is NOT needed. Only medical or developmental issues should be noted.
  
• You will need your billing address and 3 digit code to process your credit card.
  
• Your registration or booking will not complete until you have made your payment.
  
• *If you need to pay by another method, just enter all your     family and children's information,  contact the office and we will place them in your selected class)*
  
• Please  make sure you entered the BIRTH DATE of your children correctly. If  it's not correct it may not let you enter the program you want.​​​
  
• The  initial payment  for the 2024 - 2025 season is the deposit only. The deposit will consist of your first and last months payment plus the $45.00 insurance fee + HST.  Monthly payments are from October 1st, 2024 to May 1st, 2025.​ After September 14th we will ONLY bill one month and manually bill the remainder of the deposit as pro-rating will need to be calculated. Your monthly payment will then start the month after you join until May 2025.
  
• We can directly debit your bank account, but you will need to contact us for assistance. Initial registration for Camp, Parties or Classes has to be done online by credit card.
