What you will experience with classes (May be different for 2021-2022 Season...
You should have completed the online questionnaire before you arrive. If this was not done, we will be asking you to fill out a paper version of these questions to check on your child's health before entering the building, We would prefer the online form for your respective gym as it helps with the speed everyone can arrive. There are links for this below and also on our home page.
Children are to line up outside the Entrance (observing social distancing) or stay in your vehicle until we open for their class.
Once children enter the building, we ask that they wear a mask until they enter the gym area, it can then be removed, they will also go directly to wash their hands
Children will then proceed to the designated area in the gym.
Children are asked to bring their own water bottles and a back pack or bag to hold their belongings as they will need to keep this in the gym. The water fountains will not be in use (We will have bottled water available in the event your child runs out of water)
At the end of the class, children will line up at their designated exit to wait to be let out of the facility
Parents will pick up their child at the designated spot outside or in the parking lot
Parents of Recreational Children cannot enter the gym at this time because it may result in too many people in the facility at one time.
Parent and Tot may have one parent only attend with their child. The parent must wear a mask, the child does not have to wear a mask.
Kindergym may have one Parent in the lobby only if needed. If your child doesn't need you there to watch then we prefer just the child come into the facility. If you do come in with your child then the parent must wear a mask. The child does not need to wear a mask.
We have placed markings throughout the facility to help the children with maintaining social distancing.
Coaches will wear a mask when spotting the children for necessary skills. We will mostly be working safe skills with the children to minimize contact. We will only help them if there is a safety concern.
As per government guidelines, we will be cleaning washrooms after each use.
We will be cleaning the gym area after each class and also at the end of day when class is done.
